VPI released a list of the most common toxins to your pets

Pets will eat just about anything, some of which can make them quite sick.  Veterinary Pet Insurance Company released a list of the toxins most commonly consumed by pets.  Topping the list was accidental ingestion of medications.  Also, in the top 5 were ingestion of rat poison, chocolate or caffeine, and toxic plants.  To reduce accidental poisoning, keep all potential toxic chemicals, foods, and plant life out of reach of both pets and children.
